Gentle chiropractic & craniosacral care for moms, babies, and growing families in Reno
You love your kids deeply—and you care a lot about doing this whole motherhood thing with intention.
But your body (and your baby’s body) may be telling another story:
Aches, pains, or tension that never fully let up
A nervous system that feels constantly “ON”
A baby who’s uncomfortable, fussy, or struggling with feeding or sleep
My work is here to support both of you.
I offer pediatric chiropractic, prenatal and postpartum chiropractic, and craniosacral therapy—all woven together into one gentle, holistic approach for mothers and babies.
How I work
Every family I work with receives:
Gentle, low-force chiropractic care to release tension patterns, improve alignment, and support the nervous system
Craniosacral therapy and nervous system regulation to help your body (and baby’s body) feel safer, softer, and more at ease
Simple, doable tools for home—so you feel more confident supporting yourself and your baby between visits
Attuned, relational care that honors your story, your values, and your pace
Together, we create a path that helps you feel more at home in your body—and helps your baby feel more settled in theirs.

Pregnancy and early motherhood ask a lot of your body.
You might be experiencing:
Low back, hip, pelvic, or pubic bone pain
Mid-back or neck pain from feeding and holding baby
Numbness, tingling, or sciatic-type pain
Feeling “off” in your posture or alignment
Trouble taking a deep breath or fully relaxing
What this care looks like
Prenatal and postpartum sessions are gentle and specific, focused on:
Relieving tension in the spine, pelvis, diaphragm, and surrounding soft tissues
Supporting balance in the pelvis to create more space and comfort during pregnancy
Helping your body unwind from pregnancy, birth, and the demands of early motherhood
Calming and regulating your nervous system so you’re not always in “survival mode”
Chiropractic adjustments are low-force and tailored to pregnant and postpartum bodies, and are often combined with craniosacral therapy and other gentle techniques.
For moms, this care often supports:
Less pain and tension in the back, hips, neck, and pelvis
More comfort with walking, sleep, and day-to-day movement
Easier breathing and a greater sense of space in your body
Feeling calmer, less overwhelmed, and more resourced

Birth, feeding, growth spurts, and big developmental leaps can be a lot for a little nervous system.
Families often bring their babies or young children in for support with things like:
Feeding challenges: difficulty latching, side preferences, frustration at the breast or bottle
Digestive discomfort: gas, reflux/spit-up, constipation, straining, or seeming “uncomfortable in their belly”
Tension patterns: arching, stiffening, difficulty relaxing, strong preference to look one way
Sleep struggles connected to discomfort or difficulty settling
Recovery and integration after a challenging birth or medical interventions
What pediatric sessions look like
Pediatric chiropractic care in my office is very gentle and respectful of baby’s cues.
A session may include:
Subtle, low-force adjustments suitable for infants and children
Craniosacral work to support the head, spine, and whole body
Attention to how baby prefers to lie, look, and feed
Guidance for you on holding, positioning, and simple at-home practices
Your baby stays dressed and is usually on the table, in your arms, or feeding while we work. We move at baby’s pace, with lots of room for breaks, cuddles, and soothing.
For babies and young children, this care often supports:
More comfort with feeding and improved latch
Softer, more relaxed body tone (less arching, stiffening, or fighting positions)
Decreased digestive discomfort: less straining, less gassiness, more ease with bowel movements
Easier settling and more restful sleep
More balanced head turning and body use (less “favoring one side”)
A general sense that baby feels more at ease in their body

Craniosacral therapy is a light-touch, nervous-system-focused modality that helps the body release deep patterns of tension, stress, and overwhelm.
For moms, craniosacral therapy can:
Help your system shift out of “fight-or-flight” into more calm and safety
Support emotional processing and integration of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum experiences (without you having to “talk it all out” during the session)
Ease headaches, jaw tension, neck pain, and other stress-related symptoms
Help you feel more grounded, centered, and connected in your own skin
For babies, craniosacral therapy can:
Gently support the head, neck, and spine after birth
Help unwind tension from in-utero positioning, birth, or medical procedures
Support feeding, digestion, and regulation of their little nervous system
Help them feel more settled, comfortable, and secure in their body
Often, I combine chiropractic and craniosacral therapy in the same visit so we can support both structure and nervous system together.
What can change over time
While every body and every family is unique, many mothers notice:
Less pain and tension in their back, hips, neck, and shoulders
More ease in movement—bending, lifting, feeding, and playing with their kids
Improved sleep quality (even if total sleep hours are still limited)
A calmer, more regulated nervous system—less reactivity, more capacity to pause and choose how to respond
Greater confidence in their body and in their parenting choices
And many babies and children experience:
More comfortable feeding (breast or bottle), with less frustration
Calmer digestion—less straining, gas, or painful spit-up
Easier settling and sleep, especially when discomfort has been a factor
More balanced movement and alignment, such as turning the head both ways
A general sense of being more comfortable and content in their body
How we’ll get started
Working together is simple:
Free Clarity Call
We start with a short phone or video call where you can share what’s going on—for you, your baby, or both. I’ll ask some questions, explain how I work, and we’ll see if this feels like the right next step for
1
2
In-Person Consultation
If it feels like a good fit, we’ll schedule a free 1-hour in-person consultation at my office. We’ll go deeper into your story, your health history, and your goals. I’ll also do a gentle physical exam (for you, your baby, or both) to understand how the body is holding tension and what your nervous systems have been carrying.
3
Personalized Care Plan
Based on what we find, I’ll offer a care plan tailored to you and your baby—including how often it makes sense to come in at first, what we’ll focus on, and how we’ll know things are shifting. You’ll have plenty of space to ask questions and decide whether this feels like the right kind of support.
If you’re ready for support that addresses both the physical and nervous system side of what you and your baby are experiencing, I’d love to meet you.
