Gentle chiropractic & craniosacral care for moms, babies, and growing families in Reno

You love your kids deeply—and you care a lot about doing this whole motherhood thing with intention.

But your body (and your baby’s body) may be telling another story:

  • Aches, pains, or tension that never fully let up

  • A nervous system that feels constantly “ON”

  • A baby who’s uncomfortable, fussy, or struggling with feeding or sleep

My work is here to support both of you.

I offer pediatric chiropractic, prenatal and postpartum chiropractic, and craniosacral therapy—all woven together into one gentle, holistic approach for mothers and babies.

How I work

A chiropractor or massage therapist adjusts a female patient lying face-up on a treatment table in a clinic. The woman on the table is wearing a red shirt, and the professional nearby is smiling.

Every family I work with receives:

  • Gentle, low-force chiropractic care to release tension patterns, improve alignment, and support the nervous system

  • Craniosacral therapy and nervous system regulation to help your body (and baby’s body) feel safer, softer, and more at ease

  • Simple, doable tools for home—so you feel more confident supporting yourself and your baby between visits

  • Attuned, relational care that honors your story, your values, and your pace

Together, we create a path that helps you feel more at home in your body—and helps your baby feel more settled in theirs.

What can change over time

While every body and every family is unique, many mothers notice:

  • Less pain and tension in their back, hips, neck, and shoulders

  • More ease in movement—bending, lifting, feeding, and playing with their kids

  • Improved sleep quality (even if total sleep hours are still limited)

  • A calmer, more regulated nervous system—less reactivity, more capacity to pause and choose how to respond

  • Greater confidence in their body and in their parenting choices

And many babies and children experience:

  • More comfortable feeding (breast or bottle), with less frustration

  • Calmer digestion—less straining, gas, or painful spit-up

  • Easier settling and sleep, especially when discomfort has been a factor

  • More balanced movement and alignment, such as turning the head both ways

  • A general sense of being more comfortable and content in their body

How we’ll get started

Working together is simple:

Free Clarity Call

We start with a short phone or video call where you can share what’s going on—for you, your baby, or both. I’ll ask some questions, explain how I work, and we’ll see if this feels like the right next step for

1

2

In-Person Consultation

If it feels like a good fit, we’ll schedule a free 1-hour in-person consultation at my office. We’ll go deeper into your story, your health history, and your goals. I’ll also do a gentle physical exam (for you, your baby, or both) to understand how the body is holding tension and what your nervous systems have been carrying.

3

Personalized Care Plan

Based on what we find, I’ll offer a care plan tailored to you and your baby—including how often it makes sense to come in at first, what we’ll focus on, and how we’ll know things are shifting. You’ll have plenty of space to ask questions and decide whether this feels like the right kind of support.

If you’re ready for support that addresses both the physical and nervous system side of what you and your baby are experiencing, I’d love to meet you.
