“Healing stopped feeling like another task.”

“This experience gave me a different experience of healing. It wasn’t something I had to do or something I had to take care of. It was something God was offering to me and preparing for me — He was preparing the way for my healing. I felt that God loves me so much and that I can go to Mother with an open heart, a heart of attendance. It felt less like a task I had to get through or make good, and more like an offering from my heart.”

— Katarina Connery, wife and mom of three

Maybe you’re in a busy, overwhelming phase of life and trying to find a better way to manage it all.

Young kids at home. Household duties. Family needs. Spiritual questions. The constant pressure to keep everything moving — and somehow still make space for the work you care about.

You love your work and still feel your family needs more of you.

You want more patience, more presence, and a more peaceful rhythm at home — but you’re so used to carrying everything that you barely have space to hear what you actually want.

Or maybe you’re still longing for marriage and family

You're navigating the matching and blessing not working out for a long time, still wanting to be married right now, and trying to trust how God is guiding this part of your life.

You're capable, independent, and self-reliant — but still feel something in you is blocked from moving forward.

You want to soften, receive, trust men, trust God, trust True Parents, and feel more feminine and present in your body.

Through it all, you find yourself asking:

  • What do I actually want?

  • How do I trust my own inner compass?

  • How do I give my family an anchor point in faith — something my children would long to join, not feel obligated?

  • How do I soften, receive, and feel safe in my body?

  • How do I have a relationship with God and True Mother that feels real, tangible, and close?

And you’ve already talked through a lot of it.

You’ve done the inner work. You’ve prayed, reflected, questioned, processed, listened to podcasts, gone to therapy or counseling, read the books, and tried to understand why you feel the way you feel.

And still, there may be so much your body is holding.

Your throat gets tight when you’re overwhelmed.

Your chest feels tight when there are too many things to carry.

Your neck, jaw, or shoulders hold the stress before you even know what you feel.

You’ve tried to get there mentally, but it’s not a mental thing.

There may be grief, trauma, shame, longing, spiritual disconnection, family pain, or old patterns still living in your body.

“I can open my heart more to Mother again.”

“Before, because my husband had strong doubts about True Mother and I didn’t feel confident in what I believed, it was easy for me to absorb his doubts and feel like I needed his approval. Now, I feel like I can open my heart to True Mother again. We don’t have to believe the same thing, and I don’t have to convince him. I can own what I believe, stay on my own quest to seek Mother, and be my own person within our marriage.”

— SB, wife, mom of three and pregnant

  • You want to trust God, True Parents, yourself, and men more deeply.

  • You want to feel more feminine, alive, and at home in your body.

  • And you want your spiritual life to feel real again.

Meet Dr. Hannah Gravrand, DC, MS

Believe me, I get it.

I know what it’s like to feel that I need to be strong, meet expectations, and keep track of so many things at once — even when I’m tired, overwhelmed, or no longer sure what I actually want…

…and to want to feel more present in myself, trust who I am, and understand how God is guiding my next steps, but then hesitate to move forward and not feel completely free.

For as long as I can remember, I have been deeply sensitive. As a child, before I had language for what I was feeling, my body was telling me a story through tension, back pain, headaches, and stomach aches.

Over time, I began to understand that these physical symptoms were connected to stress, emotion, family pain, spiritual longing, and parts of my story I had not yet fully processed. This led me into my own healing journey through spiritual work, counseling, bodywork, and the guidance of people who helped me heal.

One of the most significant influences in my life was my spiritual counselor, Pat Detlefsen. Through my work with her, I experienced profound healing in my sense of self, my relationship with my parents, and my relationship with True Mother. That healing changed the trajectory of my life.

I have also been practicing as a chiropractor for the past 10 years, helping women and families find greater comfort, regulation, and wellbeing in their bodies.

Building on the foundation of my own healing and my experience as a chiropractor, I discovered craniosacral therapy, myofascial unwinding, and biofield energy work.

This nervous system-based work helped me heal parts of myself I had not been able to reach before, understand myself with more kindness and compassion, and become calmer, less reactive, and better able to manage the stress and demands of my life.

That experience led me down a path of greater authenticity and shaped the work I offer today.

Today, I help women slow down enough to notice what their bodies are communicating, understand what may be keeping them stuck, and begin to heal in a way that helps them feel more grounded, present, and connected to God and True Mother.

“Peace came.”

“Coming into this work, my main desire was to connect to my femininity, and that meant being safe in my body. Once I leaned into connecting to myself, to True Mother, and to this more mature side of me, peace came. I felt the connection from my heart to my womb — the feminine part of me I have been longing for. I know Mother is the one who holds space for our healing, and I now have tools to put that into practice.”

— Soogin Ogden, navigating matching process

What if you, too, could feel more present in yourself?

Imagine moving through your day feeling more grounded and settled in your own body.

Not constantly bracing, pushing, or trying to keep everything together.

Imagine being able to sit, rest, and receive without feeling like you always have to keep moving.

Imagine hearing your own inner compass more clearly — and trusting your desires instead of second-guessing them.

You could move through the matching process with less resistance, less guardedness, and more trust in yourself.

You could feel more confidence as a mom at home — able to hold yourself more in the middle of trying to keep up with everything, split apart the fighting children, and cook some dinner.

You could feel more present with your children instead of constantly worrying about the next thing.

You could begin to let go of the guilt, shame, and sadness that have been held in your body for so long.

And your heart could begin to open to God and True Mother again.

This is what becomes possible when you finally have space to be poured into, supported deeply, and let something in you shift, lift, and begin to heal.

“Something shifted and lifted.”

“The sessions were a reminder of what I’m really dealing with in my real life. It’s sorrow — this deep sadness that’s just overwhelmed my life. After the first session, I felt I could get past all this. I could see what life could look like without it. I could feel, ‘I don’t need it anymore. I don’t want it.’

I don’t need to analyze it or make it all make sense. Something was shifted and lifted. I could simply choose to let it go and offer it to God and True Mother. Maybe it’ll take a long time for me to understand, but I don’t need to understand it to be able to live without it.”

— Kyra Moyer, wife and pregnant mom

Patient Stories

My biggest win was restoring faith in my own goodness as Heavenly Parent's daughter and in a knowing that my sacral, sexual energy is sacred and Heavenly Parent's creation. It is mine and I can protect it from a place of confidence.

In more recent years, I've struggled with nervousness and anxiety. My body felt hard to be in most of the time. It would take me hours of sitting with myself with breath to really calm down. I longed for intimacy and to be able to be loving and compassionate, but it felt very difficult to stay with myself in an intimate relationship. I would run away from topics, becoming judgmental and angry, and feeling afraid.

Now, the side of my body where I'd held so much tension has almost no tension, and I can calm down more quickly through breath if I feel emotional or reacting to something stressful.

In my relationship, I am more comfortable in myself. I've been able to stay present and communicative in conversations that would have been way too uncomfortable to have about physical intimacy. Now I want to keep softening and be willing to be seen and share my desires and vulnerabilities.

I felt completion around a topic I've struggled for a very long time with. At the end of the intensive, it all came full circle without any of my control or direction. What a blessing and Heaven-inspired experience.

There is a way to allow for your body to speak to you. The body has insight into what is coming up in daily life and in relationships. Giving the body time and allowing yourself to relax will help you find some of the clarity you might be looking for.

Hannah's love and kindness was so moving. I feel really lucky I was able to come and have this experience. It was so meaningful for me.

— Soogin Ogden, navigating matching process

“I can approach my daughter with curiosity instead of criticism.”

“I felt like I couldn’t stand strongly as my daughter’s mother because I was still trying to be a good girl to my own mom. During my session, I recognized, ‘I’m not my mom, and my daughter is not me.’ I can approach her with curiosity, try to understand where her behavior is coming from, and see her more fully in a way that was lacking for me growing up. If she needs support, I can seek support for her — and for myself. If I can become more curious instead of so critical, we can find what we need. I’m not meant to fix it all.”

— Christina M, wife and mom of two

“I am no longer weighed down by guilt and shame.”

“I knew I wanted another baby, but I felt that something had to shift first. My womb had held so much sadness, guilt, and shame. After my sessions, I found myself massaging my C-section scar and thanking my body for the beautiful things it has brought into the world. There was this release of guilt. I’m taking responsibility for the choices I made and the path I walked, but I can no longer be accused. Singing and dancing felt so free — the power of being a woman and no longer being weighed down by guilt and shame.”

— Tasnah Moyer, wife and mom of two

“I have more clarity about how to continue with the matching and Blessing.”

“Before, I felt like I was doing so much work on myself, and it was frustrating that the matching and Blessing still weren’t moving forward. Now, I can appreciate how God has guided me up until this point. I can see that the work I’m doing is going to impact my future, my family, and my children. Coming out of this experience, I have more clarity about how to continue my healing journey — the things God wants me to keep working on, why I’m on this journey right now, and how I feel called to contribute back by attending Mother.”
